Tightening treatment is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate pelvic floor muscles. It’s designed to improve muscle strength, reduce urinary incontinence, and enhance intimate wellness — all while you remain fully clothed.

2. How does it work?

The chair delivers thousands of deep pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. These contractions help strengthen and retrain the muscles, similar to doing thousands of Kegel exercises, but much more effectively.

3. Who is the treatment suitable for?

5. How many sessions will I need?

Most clients benefit from 6 sessions, scheduled twice a week. Your therapist will recommend a plan based on your condition and goals.

6. What should I wear during treatment?

You can remain fully clothed during the treatment. We recommend light, comfortable clothing for the best results.

 

7. How long does each session take?

Each session lasts about 30 minutes, and you can return to your daily activities immediately after.

 

8. Is there any downtime?

No. You can resume normal activities straight away after each session.

 

9. Can the treatment be used during menstruation or pregnancy?

the chair should not be used during menstruation or pregnancy. We recommend scheduling your treatments outside of these times.

10. When will I see results?

Some clients notice improvement after just one session, but results typically continue to improve over the course of your treatments.
